You ask for lemons (sunway, puchong), but someone suggested oranges (jalan ampang) ... if you're smart you would take the orange, well but there are stupid ppl in this world ....

(Skl == BS)

Sin ka lan portion refers to people big mouth saying plenty of good deals replacing the 700k deals in skypod. But when asked for specific replacement, nothing relevent comes back. Those comes back is 50km away and 850 sf. It is not orange. It's totally different.

Lolz... For investor, I guess they all no mind where the location is. As long as it is a good buy.. So, nothing wrong when someone suggest 50 km away for investment. Cheers bros..

Moderate far for me. I think walk around 20 min unless walk very fast, should be 15 min.

But, plenty of cheaper apartments also with similar walking distance or even nearer. Unsure why ppl would willing to pay RM 600+ psf for it and it dont seems LRT plays a huge role here.

A friend holds a unit and claimed his agents said response was very cold compare to other condos he owned.

boss, auction unit, difficult to gauge final price and ancillary cost ler.
anyway, not too bad an idea to explore this part of town.
potentially straight off from subsales at RM1mil is doable.
thanks for the suggestion.
btw, i forgot to mention, the friend also insist that one other requirement is the building must be less than 5 years old post completion.
i think this also falls within that category.

btw, it's 2 separate questions.
1. where is 700k good deal?
2. where can find min 1.5k highrise resi, budget circa rm1mil and near subang/sunway.

but thanks for sharing.

and also special thanks to the forummer who pm'ed me the other suggestion as well.

would pass to my friend for consideration.

Looking at IOI's new project Conezion launched recently. Based on the finishing at Skypod, would any of you consider IOI a reliable developer in terms of delivering units + facilities as promised?
*
The Skypod is launched by previous IOI Properties management. The current management is more up to tune with the needs of current buyers and generation. If you notice current launches such as Conezion, Le Pavilion etc.. the façade, the quality of finishes and promises common area is much better.....

In my personal opinion, Skypod location is convenience however too bad fall into previous management that deliver it like medium cost apartment.

The buyers is getting raw deal (unless the buyers themselves claimed they are happy with end delivered product) but saved by great location within Puchong.
