Is it a worth to get the 1-bedroom apt if for own stay? The salesgirl said the maintenance is 0.33 psft? I read a few pages back that someone said that it is 0.30? Which is correct?

Looking at the picture in the brochure, I noticed that there is a ledge from one end to another on the outside of the building and I wonder how will that impact security as it looks to me like someone can stand on the ledge (the daring people), walk across and easily climb over the balcony of another unit. Or am I being paranoid?

Appreciate some views on this.

Is anyone using Farn & Co to handle the legal aspects of bank loan i.e. legal fees, etc. besides the S&P signing? Are their rates reasonable? Or is there any other legal firms to recommend around Puchong Jaya side?

What do you all think of this property design based on the progress of Block B? It doesn't seem to portray a high end luxury apartment as marketed.

Looks nothing like their brochure. False advertisement

I hope I'm wrong and that the developer will jazz it up a bit, afterall it is advertised as "New Age Luxury". So far there is nothing luxury looking about the facade yet

Agree, I'm guessing their architects for Skypod are different from the others.

So, are you a purchaser of Skypod or the other IOI Properties? If no, then nothing to lose, lucky u but I still hope all will go well with this property since I alrady purchased.

Gotta say, I agree with one of the post here abt having a fb Skypod Owners page. Any complaints or suggestions of the property can be discussed there for owners' benefits....those owners who are interested to know, I mean.

Need to ask experts out here on progressive interest. I bought when DBS period over. My unit cost 400k++. For past 2-3 mths, interest payment is around 850. Does this sound right? I didn't expect to be this high. Need advice.

Any other tower 2 owners in here, how much is your interest?

Looks like they are giving it some color for the balcony wall - I'm guessing dark gray for lower floors and yellow for upper floors. Hope this will make the building looks less bland. Not seeing much progress on the painting though.

Looks like the favoured color is dark gray and no more yellow. Can't really tell if overall this has improved the facade look by a lot until they have painted the entire tower but I guess some colour is better than an all white bulding. It doesn't look like there will be any glass/window installed at the corridor, what a pity. It is an open space now.

I took a drive past there over the weekend. I think that yellow section you mentioned is also slowly being painted over with gray. Maybe they realised that using yellow makes them look like Setia Walk I think one colour should be sufficient.

As long as they get the right colour combination.

The architects so bloody stupid, never think of security issues. Design also so amateurish - fresh grad architects ar?

That ledge all around the building on each floor - do you think it is possible for someone to walk on it?

Just out of curiosity, for the 1-bedroom units, what can one do with the long but small depth balcony? Any suggestions? Doesn't look like got space to put any chairs/table.
