Is it a worth to get the 1-bedroom apt if for own stay? The salesgirl said the maintenance is 0.33 psft? I read a few pages back that someone said that it is 0.30? Which is correct?
Does anyone know if Binary will be shifting out?

Looking at the picture in the brochure, I noticed that there is a ledge from one end to another on the outside of the building and I wonder how will that impact security as it looks to me like someone can stand on the ledge (the daring people), walk across and easily climb over the balcony of another unit. Or am I being paranoid?
Appreciate some views on this.

Is anyone using Farn & Co to handle the legal aspects of bank loan i.e. legal fees, etc. besides the S&P signing? Are their rates reasonable? Or is there any other legal firms to recommend around Puchong Jaya side?
Would appreciate any help on this..urgently needed. TQ

I saw that the corridor walls is up. Does anyone know if there will be glasses on the top of the walls as depicted in the catalog?
What do you all think of this property design based on the progress of Block B? It doesn't seem to portray a high end luxury apartment as marketed.

QUOTE(syong888 @ Oct 29 2014, 04:49 PM) Facade looks very ordinary at the moment, hopefully some icing will be added  I seriously hope so. Now it is looking like a low cost flat. And the balcony is so much smaller than I thought.... This post has been edited by honkkydorry: Oct 29 2014, 05:05 PM

QUOTE(vajos @ Nov 5 2014, 01:30 PM) passed by today, one of the block painted in white already agreed with peeps here, look ordinary and very low cost I hope I'm wrong and that the developer will jazz it up a bit, afterall it is advertised as "New Age Luxury". So far there is nothing luxury looking about the facade yet

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Nov 5 2014, 09:57 PM) but this skypod scale model, planing and design macam tak boleh pakai already... and don't have this "New Age Luxury" at all when visited their gallery at puchong office. after this crappy skpod scale model. the following project macam clio, parc, skyz...macam boleh pakai... scale model looks ok. now wait for end product. Agree, I'm guessing their architects for Skypod are different from the others. So, are you a purchaser of Skypod or the other IOI Properties? If no, then nothing to lose, lucky u but I still hope all will go well with this property since I alrady purchased. This post has been edited by honkkydorry: Nov 6 2014, 02:22 PM

Gotta say, I agree with one of the post here abt having a fb Skypod Owners page. Any complaints or suggestions of the property can be discussed there for owners' benefits....those owners who are interested to know, I mean.

Need to ask experts out here on progressive interest. I bought when DBS period over. My unit cost 400k++. For past 2-3 mths, interest payment is around 850. Does this sound right? I didn't expect to be this high. Need advice.
Any other tower 2 owners in here, how much is your interest?

Looks like they are giving it some color for the balcony wall - I'm guessing dark gray for lower floors and yellow for upper floors. Hope this will make the building looks less bland. Not seeing much progress on the painting though.

QUOTE(vajos @ Jan 28 2015, 05:05 PM) would it be wise if purchasers collectively write in and complain, still not VP? maybe got chansi paint the facade to more dirt resistant color? No harm to try if someone wants to take the lead on this

QUOTE(syong888 @ Mar 9 2015, 08:54 AM) It looks slightly better now with the paint scheme touch up Looks like the favoured color is dark gray and no more yellow. Can't really tell if overall this has improved the facade look by a lot until they have painted the entire tower but I guess some colour is better than an all white bulding. It doesn't look like there will be any glass/window installed at the corridor, what a pity. It is an open space now.

QUOTE(syong888 @ Mar 9 2015, 07:02 PM) The yellow portion is still there...facing out... I took a drive past there over the weekend. I think that yellow section you mentioned is also slowly being painted over with gray. Maybe they realised that using yellow makes them look like Setia Walk I think one colour should be sufficient.

QUOTE(puchongite @ Mar 11 2015, 11:18 AM) Looks like they painted away the yellow color, now is grey and white. Which is better than to have the yellow. Interesting developer. At this stage, still playing with color matching. LOL. As long as they get the right colour combination.

QUOTE(puchongite @ Mar 12 2015, 04:32 PM) Potentially people can just climb over to the neighbour via the balcony. The architects so bloody stupid, never think of security issues. Design also so amateurish - fresh grad architects ar? That ledge all around the building on each floor - do you think it is possible for someone to walk on it? QUOTE(puchongite @ Mar 13 2015, 01:37 PM) In that case, the architects who designed the skypod might probably be an old fart instead of fresh new blood. You are right old farts still behind time.

Just out of curiosity, for the 1-bedroom units, what can one do with the long but small depth balcony? Any suggestions? Doesn't look like got space to put any chairs/table.
