Economy really bad now, the bigger wave is yet to come, my advice is to let go fast before it burning your hand. Poor quality, old fashioned design, overpriced, poor rental yield, poor traffic, poor comments so far. Wats the point for holding this, Good luck

QUOTE(zk9 @ Feb 21 2016, 09:38 PM) saw 360 view from propcafe. damn son IOI really put reputation at stake. Buyers expect a high end product. But it seems the facade really look un-expect deliver. The exterior of the building really looks like medium cost flat, but the price is luxury. More reviews from propcafe also revealed many compartments of the unit are different from the initial brochure. Really need to learn the lesson here and must 'remember' ioi property in the future.

QUOTE(citacitata @ Mar 13 2016, 03:26 AM) I went in and saw the bathroom tiles not even one. 700k unit some more... tension... The quality is really nothing to say. 1000 sqf is now subsales above 680k to 720k, which' water fish' will buy ? It is so so lucky if you able to rent out cheap price 1k to 1.2k in puchong.
