Usually it take 1-2 days to post by merchant and +1 day to see in on OCBC Online Banking portal.

I just receive a mail from ocbc, stated tat my application for titanium card was rejected:( No reason was provided.. Wat should I do?

In addition I hold 3 cards from 2 other banks and I really just want to cancel 2 of the cards and replace it with a Citi CB Plat and OCBC Ti and maybe give a try for UOB One Plat. LOL ... revamping my wallet with new cards.

They cannot reveal the reason to customers. So, just appeal.

Mine got rejected as well during my first application, got it after appeal and my salary is more than 48k per annum.

Just keep trying. I think UOB One Plat is not that good, it needs 60 swipes to waive the annual fees if I'm not wrong.

Just a note guys. Nadeje cake house (the famous mille crepe) @ Malacca (Melaka Raya branch) is categorized under 1%.

It came out under "NADEJE SDN BHD MELAKA MYS" in the statement. I guess their MCC is not programmed to cafe/restaurant MCC.

Yeah, they don't accept Amex.

If you don't mind, can you check what MCC code assigned to "NADEJE SDN BHD MELAKA MYS" ?

In this sort of situation can complaint be made to the shop (I think the shopowner choose the MCC code right?)?

Called the CS regarding my card, he said most likely lost (as what I suspected) as normally should receive pin code after the card.

Ask them to send to office this time but will only be send after Raya. Damn! Means another 2 more weeks.

Call up CS just now..

unfortunately, i forgot to keep my transaction slip, he wanted to know the transaction ID...

anyway, told them about it, since it's not technically illegal for merchant to do that...nothing i can do (nor i plan to do)..

just need to keep in mind PAPPARICH @ the gardens entitle to 1% only

Usually after 1-2 working days it should reflect on the Merchant's system.
Try to pay earlier.... I paid for Maxis Mobile and it was reflected on the same working day

it will be credited back when the promo ends on sept
