CS asked me for bank account information, already printed out Public Bank savings account statements but its only account number with not having my name. I remember PB FAQ saying have to print out first/home page also, but that one have my name and no account number, how ah?

Any worth to appeal? I saw previously some people appeal and successful, but don't know my case is a good case or not:-

Salary ~ 60k a year
No loans, no previous credit card, no OCBC account
No EPF statement (just started working).

I'm a PhD graduate, so you count la =). And no, not including allowances (not working for gov, allowances very low one!)

Got my card last night. PIN not arrive yet though, that one takes longer? Seems like so difficult, send 3x mail (one to say card coming, one with card, one with PIN), why they don't just one registered mail?

That's why I said 'registered' mail ma. Need signature + IC to take.

If I'm not wrong, can't you check against your receipts with a bit of maths as well? But of course calling CS to check one by one may be faster.

Hi all, I have this card and the online account but no savings account with ocbc. Is it possible for me to transfer cash to a third party ocbc account from my online account? Maybe I need to transfer more than my statement amount?

So for example if my statement is 1k and I want to transfer 2k to another account, can I transfer 3k to my credit card (as payment) and then transfer using ocbc online the 2 k?

I received my card on 12th July and used it that night itself about 7+pm for dinner. When I received my statement the dinner price and the GST was listed.

Sorry, I thought it was obvious from what I posted that my statement date is 12th as well. Just that my night spending was included in statement but previous poster wasn't, so I was wondering if its random or got some fixed cutoff time.

In this sort of situation can complaint be made to the shop (I think the shopowner choose the MCC code right?)?
