Normally no documents need to bring along as the booth would be able to print your latest EPF statement (as proof of income)

Confirmed places with 5% rebates:

Carls Jr, Sunway Pyramid
Nihonkai, Sunway Mentari
Sakae Sushi, KL Festival City
San Fran Coffee, Etiqa Twins KL
Giant Skudai, Johor

My statement date is on the 12th, I did swipe petrol on the 12th (last night) and it didn't show up in my online statement. Shouldn't it be included in my July/August statement as well?

Is there any fixed cutoff?

I received my card on 12th July and used it that night itself about 7+pm for dinner. When I received my statement the dinner price and the GST was listed.

Call OCBC CS to ask what is your Statement Date.
Any swipes after Statement Date will be charged on the next Statement...

Sorry, I thought it was obvious from what I posted that my statement date is 12th as well. Just that my night spending was included in statement but previous poster wasn't, so I was wondering if its random or got some fixed cutoff time.

My statement date is same as yours. From my record, there were instances where transactions done on the 12th appeared on the month itself (last day), and thus need to be paid for that month.

Added on August 13, 2012, 7:34 pmThere was even one time, i did 4 transactions on the 12th, 2 appeared for that month, another 2 for the next month biggrin.gif

Please read the first post NEXT TIME

Certain merchants take 1-2 days more to post their transactions.

I received my pin code before my CC actually arrive. Suppose to receive 3 letter in this order right : Application approve letter --> Credit Card --> Pin code

Now I have my pin code first, can I deduce my card have been lost?

Called the CS last Saturday which supposed to be the day I received the card (from the approve letter after 7 days).

Ask me to wait another 2 working days as festive season peak season rclxub.gif

Agree. OCBC very slow in updating transaction. I dont mind the ugly interface in their internet banking, but they need to improve posting date. sweat.gif
