really... i think because i have bought good Product from asus, i purchase Asus G series... not other lower cast product lol...

Another day with Asus SC shenanigan, this laptop was just 2 weeks old before i sent to Asus SC because of LCD/LVDS cable problem. Took them over 3 weeks to fix it and they managed to dent the right corner of this fairly new laptop. A very happy customer here.

Demand new one. If not, TTPM saman..

u actually can demand new notebook same value or model" but before and after picture is needed with stated date on the picture... so i reccomend to take pic as proof each time you bring to Asus customer care...

Edit: i got heavy 17inch notebook... almost 5kg... when i bring to service, receive it with no problem... goshh

Actually it's not mine, but the owner already filed a complaint.

That is the problem, she didn't expect this to happen so she didn't take any picture before. Meh... shiet happened, but somehow they mostly happened at Asus SC.

i exp no problem from asus customer care center... they even wipe clean my notebook from dust... lol

No problems. Just put it on them. I mean, if the laptop was dented before Asus service center got it, surely Asus will record that fact - unless the service personnel is really that incompetent.

Everyone else does - record everything from whether battery was included when sending in for service.

where did you get your Asus G75vx & which service centre? I might consider buying there also lah...

i buy next to asus service center in low yat.. they authorize dealer just nex to asus service center on 4th floor good luck mate..

edit: what notebook u using at moment? they even take other notebook from you and give discount on new notebook.

Now I got the very old model of Dell Precision M4400...thinking of getting the Asus G55VW but waiting for the new Alienware to launch...like to keep my options open for now but cannot tahan la the waiting for Haswell models...

patience pay in the long run... right now is better wait for all player to bring out their latest newest tech... cause rule of tech they all outdated in 8 month lols... in my humble opinion....
