eh guys.. just asking.. for asus notebook.. warranty how long? please say more than 1 year.. coz my laptop harddisk cant boot.. got clicking sound

Been using asus for a year no problem. Only after sales services is bad. Encountered the same problem too.

2years Warranty.recently my friends just purchased ASUS PRIME

they say cant repair jor...........they agree to change 1netbook liao.......i pass netbook to service centre on early july 2012..........already 4 month jor...most bad experience i facing for this kind warranty.......

i waiting for 4month just for warranty and last week they tell me that will exchange 1 for me.........

oh my, reading this really made me think twice about buying one. i just narrowed down my choices between Asus and Dell. and i had really bad experience with acer already. ahh!

unacceptable for me, which service centre did u send to ? if im u , demand for refund, n never use ASUS again.

go for Dell and don't forget to opt for the 3 years warranty thingy. so far i have no problem with Dell

this is scary, i wanted to buy asus s46, but i scare i might be the next person complaining about my bad experience here.

Better be safe than sorry. Pretty screwed to see such company reputation on cs down the drain.

oh? how to opt for that? is it better to get it online or from the authorized retailers? i heard there's this discount if you buy it through the website right?
