funny, asus doesn't have money

i was going to consider Asus laptop in my list, but the after sales service is just
if nothing goes wrong that would be well, but to wait for 1 month or a few weeks plus rude/unhelpful service members, this is not going to do.

im looking for asus N56 la,i decided change to HP already,but the best price and spec is asus.the sucks after sales

Aiya, come on la, Asus Malaysia, time to improve..

just calling asus service centre that my asus laptop done repairing but they need 1week send to me............wtf
mean my laptop already 5week at their service centre hand

haiz really make me angry nia............give them 1month repairing laptop then still need extra 1week for their sending back laptop to me........never buy asus laptop and product

asus lousy service ma.............they need 1week for process postage......hopefully didnt has any problem after i get back laptop

lol...using fedex 1-2 day already receive d, they need 1 week....really teruk~~

guys, we need to highlight this problem. for those who had problems, please write on asus fb wall. it's ok if they delete it, we'll post again and again. or we'll create an online campaign to expose them

if report in malaysia facebook no use then should go for global asus facebook site if still delete write a letter to their HQ if still cannot go for their main HQ if still the same thing then give up, advice all your friend do not buy asus or else they will cry

they using tnt courier.................yala what can do..........want calling to scold also cant because number asus service centre keep busy from 1pm-5pm........wtf maybe they only got 1worker in service centre part..........

almost service center in Malaysia is suck actually...its depends on branch and people that handle...
