guys.. i've been working for 3 years with MNC company right after my graduation.. and the bonus, benefit and increment here is actually good. but i still need to jump ship to increase my basic salary and have better experience outside.

tomorrow i will have interview with one of the bank in malaysia..

before this i have attend couple of interviewer and they have asked me the same question..

why i want to leave the company cause the benefit is good, experience is good?

should i just state that i am looking for better salary and better exposure?
should i just being honest?

not really sure how to answer this kind of question.. ty

Too honest is not a good thing but if i were you i would just say better exposure or something like you want to challenge yourself to the next level.

Dont make the interviewer think that all you want is salary.

How about: because it's a different environment which will enable me to look at things from a different perspective so as to enrich my career experience?

Hi, I hope someone can help me regarding my situation.

I'd my first job as a Chemist from July 2015 - March 2017. And then, I got my second job as a Laboratory Technologist but I work for awhile from May 2017 -June 2017. My second job is more related to my field of study which is Biomedical Science. However, I left because I was being treated very unfairly by other colleagues. My supervisor also not a supportive when I joined in. And the work is quite a very fast paced environment and I realised I slower than other colleagues.
So, I quit my second job because I feel really stress and feel the job is not a right fit for me. I left without having another job.

Should write my second job in my resume? Do I need to tell the interviewer about my second job?
What reason should I give to the interviewer about the job gap? What should I say when the interviewer ask what are you doing during the unemploment period? I still unemploy until now from June 2017.

Please help me.
Thanks.

Yesterday I had a phone interview with one of company, we had a great conversation over the phone, but in the end he told me they need someone by this month, but I am only available in January 2018, he added that he will pass my resume around the firm and put a good word to see if anyone is interested.

What should I do next? I really want to join this company.

Dear All Sifus,

As subject was invited to attend second interview schedule on next week.

The Sales Director will fly in and was told to get prepare for factory facilities tour and chances to meet 'potential' co worker - position applied Sales Manager

Any Sifus here has any tips on what/how to prepare for this to ace the 2nd interview? Just to share the company is an MNC for gas turbine repair/overhaul, and currently a Sales Manager specialize in process control equipment supplied in a MNC.

Thank you all for your inputs! biggrin.gif

No way for you to leave early?
If it is because serving notice, you can ask the company if they willing to pay the ex company for leave early.

Confidence is most important.
Explain well on your ability to show them you're a very experience guy.
PR skills also important, lead the interview to make everyone have good feel with both way conversation.

It depends on the company. Maybe 2 to 3 weeks. Some could take up to a month.

What company did you went for the interview ?
