guys.. i've been working for 3 years with MNC company right after my graduation.. and the bonus, benefit and increment here is actually good. but i still need to jump ship to increase my basic salary and have better experience outside.
tomorrow i will have interview with one of the bank in malaysia.. before this i have attend couple of interviewer and they have asked me the same question.. why i want to leave the company cause the benefit is good, experience is good? should i just state that i am looking for better salary and better exposure? should i just being honest? not really sure how to answer this kind of question.. ty |
