I was told that my interview result will out in 2-3 weeks. However, it was almost 3 weeks but didn't received any outcome from hr.
I had sent one follow up email to a senior hr, but my email was forwarded to a principal hr. After 3 days, I send the 2nd email directly to principal hr, still no replies. This means?

Its been 4 weeks since my interview with the company.

The hiring manager told me that they will get back to me in 2 weeks (after the interview) and I didnt receive any response from them yet. Last week I called the HR Recruiter about my status and he said that they are still pending the GM's approval on my salary, position and etc etc and will get back to me by this week.

Its already Wednesday and still no updates from their end. Should I call again to ask or consider this as a goner? If it's a goner I will apply for other jobs elsewhere as I am looking to leave my current company as soon as possible.

If I were you, I'll continue to apply for jobs in other company until the right offer comes along. After all, since you already decided to move on, why limit your opportunities and chances? rclxm9.gif

I got a minor question. I got retrench, so in the form there is a question, Have you ever been dismissed or discharged from the service of previous company. The answer should be yes or no?

Ask for phone interview during 1st round, if selected to progress to next rounds, ask to schedule after office hours. Plan to leave your work slightly 1 hour ealier for it.

I have an interview next week, the company requires me to furnish them with
photocopy of certs and payslips.

Should I provide given it's just an interview which I may or may not be ready to accept it? I'm not too sure about policies, wouldn't it be more logical to provide these after they made an offer?

Hi all,

Would like to ask about background check.

I have attended final interview and all went well.
I'd say it is 110% confirm they will hire me as they have asked about when would I join in and the like.
Does this mean they have done background check on me?

I have had signed the consent form on the 1st interview to run for background check.

Hi, if at the end of the interview, the interviewer talked about the position they would offer you and also asked about salary expectation, does this mean that my chance of getting the job offer is high?

guys.. i've been working for 3 years with MNC company right after my graduation.. and the bonus, benefit and increment here is actually good. but i still need to jump ship to increase my basic salary and have better experience outside.

tomorrow i will have interview with one of the bank in malaysia..

before this i have attend couple of interviewer and they have asked me the same question..

why i want to leave the company cause the benefit is good, experience is good?

should i just state that i am looking for better salary and better exposure?
should i just being honest?

not really sure how to answer this kind of question.. ty
