Wanted to buy veo. Not sure if serini or quarza is better than veo but i prefer the green forest view from veo 😅

The Quartz Ridge view from Serini is quite amazing, go check it out. But not sure if there any future development that will block the view in the future

I went to Serini bfr..the view still cant compare with VEO sky garden lvl 23 and 29 view.
Serini view from lvl 8 facilities flr just ok only. If higher floor units only can c good view of Quartz mountains and also good view for Melawati mall especially the night changing lights display.

If u go to VEO.. the forest view is very close and much nice. Even the city view also priceless.

I spoke to several prospect viewing veo for rent, most of them prefer VEO because its much closer to forest, low density and fantastic resort lifestyle which is so relaxing.
Feel like staying at natural forest resort far away for hectic busy city area.

View from Serini units level 23 above is actually quite amazing even from the balcony and rooms itself. Just visit the recently completed show-unit at Serini. Isn't Veo unit city view blocked by the twin Quarza residence?

anyone know when is the mall next to veo opening pls? wonder will that be a booster for that area, cos melawati mall already in operation

Yup exactly.
I dont think this area need another big shopping mall with Melawati Mall located just down the road nearby.
Will be interesting to see.

I know some owners from Sunway Montana are so hoping for the mall to be ready and turn things around. Cos subsale or rental there is not performing wacko.gif

I went to c unit at lvl 36... good view from unit balcony but if u compare with veo high floor and sky garden at lvl 23 & 29, VEO view is more nicer for me because its so much closer to see the forest and mountains and much wider big space at SKy Garden to enjoy the city view of KL Tower, KLCC etcs,

VEO unit need to get higher floor 18 to be able to KLCC view. If level 15 and below, the KLCC view will be blocked by opposite PV condo.

Odd old school small window design like flat style for serini common corridor. The sales staff told me that their contractors will chg to big window later.

Also VEO is very close to Quarza mall and KYS intl school. Basically just smack next door and walk less than 1 min.
Whereas serini need to walk 1km+ about 15 mins to reach Melawati Mall.


VEO fascade design more towards timeless modern type.. look unique and boutique look especially veo chrome metal shinning long balcony rails.

Serini fascade design just look like normal condo and its balcony also old skool design. innocent.gif

Not bad what the surrounding view. But how come Serini is service apartment but Veo is condo? Share some good picture of Veo surrounding view too bro for a more fair comparison~

Sold a few montana units last year and buyers all upgrader. All buying back at old spa price only. Invest here really kurang sikit,i just think the demographics are mainly middle class below. Highend got plenty supplies include the k5 area. Just think the supplies are somehow over rclxub.gif

VEO balcony design spacious and modern look.
If look from far, VEO building look modern concept.

From inside unit building, at living hall & bedroom can see thru the sliding door window direct to forest and its quiet close. thumbup.gif
My unit at lvl 9 can see clear forest view.

I was told by the sales advisor that the parking at Veo is tandem. Having stayed there, do you find it bothersome?

Currently the occupancy rate still below 50% so no problem.
Some big 3r units at Tower B tandem cp but theres no blocking front and back access/exit way . Its just tandem position not side by side.
Some unit with tandem cp but its back cp lot its block by other cp lot unit.
Make sure to chk the cp position if u plan to get a unit there. Normally the side by side cp and unblock tandem cp are more expensive for bigger units.
Tower B Studio unit all 1 cp, Tower A studio mostly 1 cp lot, only some with 2 cp tandem but block back access/exit way.

My studio unit at Tower comes with 2 cp tandem.

Yes, very nice view. Lvl 23 Sky garden is the biggest area to see view. Lvl 29 view is simply spectacular.
Must go there and experience the view ownself to fully appreciate it.

Other condo with excellent view is SetiaSky but its only city view, unlike Veo can get to c both city and forest view from VERY high floor 29 sky garden.

VEO have the best view for both forest and city. rclxms.gif
