Yup.. VEO price much more expensive than Quarza residence and Serini bcoz VEO have many bigger units layout and much lower density.
Veo studio have higher chance of appreciation since its limited unit and price far from other bigger size unit.. about rm 350-500K diff

Once Quarza mall is ready and KYS intl school completed, it will increase price and add value to buyers.

The bigger units targeted towards higher income or foreigner buyers.. RM1mill++

I rented out my unit for RM2500, after nego, i gave them rent at RM2400 FF unit mid flr with 2 cp.
1+1 yr tenancy.

If airbnb can get higher RM 160-190 for studio, 250 for 3r, but currently veo building management banned short stay.

I heard montana lowest rent is at RM3k.. partial furnished

oh, viper bro when is the completion of the mall and kys international school? yes, seen foreigner renting montana because they wanna send their kids to ISKL Melawati biggrin.gif
When the school and mall is up the landscape might change. But bear in mind there's also Melawati Mall in that vicinity.

Recent news is next year end, but from current mall progress look maybe will finish earlier.
KYS seems slower..have see any building structure up yet.

Quarza mall will benefit much for VEO residents coz having a mall just infront condo only, can enjoy another free facilities. (Actually priced into condo already)

ISKL Melawati going to relocate to Ampang hilir... next Intl skool KYS willl lure in more ppl to stay at VEO soon.

I did own furnishing design modern and trendy theme.
VEO luxury condo... if furnishing too simple and basic feel doesnt match well.

I try to cut down the espenses as much as possible but still spent quite alot money. sweat.gif


If can get rental RM 2700-2800 will be great.

But market slow nowdays.. can get rm2400 also ok.

Yup ISKL moving out soon. Tenant mix is important for the Mall also. Hope the mall will do well though.

This KYS is International School and not Boarding School as the existing one in Melaka? Hope it will be more affordable than ISKL, cause heard that ISKL is among the more expensive Int School if it is not the most expensive. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Perhaps SDP learnt from first KL East launch. Veo delayed more than a year. This time Quarza project very fast construction - including the mall.

Quarza mall supposely to complete end of this year, but been postponed to next year.


Quarza Residence is also less than 10km away from shopping complexes such as Melawati Mall, Wangsa Walk Mall, Setapak Central Mall and many more. For an even more convenience, the freehold residential property sits atop an upcoming boutique lifestyle mall, KL East Gallery which will occupy the first four levels of the development.

The 35,303.16 sqm retail space which is designed as a social space to complement the outdoors is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2019 (3Q19)

The colour doesnt seems matching with Quarza residence and VEO.

Personally i feel the Quarza mall should use metallic /glass panel for its fascade look more luxury and hotel look design..
...like Four season hotel KLCC, Banyan tree or Equatorial Hotel baru nampak outstanding..

Even if like Melawati Mall lights design also not bad.. but orange colour.. rclxub.gif
