Today can see agent flyers seen around Taman Melati area. But the wording is horrible and small. Cannot even read when pass by via car. Wait I recheck again the shown asking rental and sale price.

The covered walkway to the LRT Gombak station? I dont see it happening at all. No any ground work yet. Or this is yet another "proposed" marketing gimmick as usual from developer and not gonna materialize. Reason can be easily push to the local authority. So developer can just wash hand. |
