talking about artist illustration. even got flyover pedestrian bridge walkway to gombak lrt. and put there 10 mins walk. want to laugh. it is too far out to walk.

Today can see agent flyers seen around Taman Melati area. But the wording is horrible and small. Cannot even read when pass by via car. Wait I recheck again the shown asking rental and sale price.

Or maybe Saville Melawati? Can get below 500k 1000 sqft. But defeat the purpose of having the link bridge + too dangerous to walk to Quaza mall from that side.

Gaya Melawati studio RM1500 can get full furnish unit. Walking distance to mall.
Veo is bigger size. 1 bedroom unit. I think rental should be RM2000.

The covered walkway to the LRT Gombak station? I dont see it happening at all. No any ground work yet.
Or this is yet another "proposed" marketing gimmick as usual from developer and not gonna materialize. Reason can be easily push to the local authority. So developer can just wash hand.

With the Quarza Mall construction up and running, with a mall coming in but price actually going down rather than going up.

Illogical as of today.
PV2 still a good buy I guess today price is cheaper compare to last year. Definitely will benefit with the Quarza mall coming up.

Another example of proposed stuff with no black and white documentation, as expected not delivered. Developer sure wash hand say bye bye coz the responsibility is not on their side.

As comparison the opposite big size (1300-1500sqft) PV units rental can get 1500-2000. Many arab family staying there. It just doesnt make sense one will fork out the same rental just to stay in a smaller size unit at the same area.

Full furnish Veo this size unit rental at 1800-2000. Who is the target tenant if for investment? 700sqft 1 bedroom unit. I wander.
