Tower B launch earlier should be VPed by this year May Tower A launch abt 6 mths later.. if follow SNP date.  handover date is end of Dec this year.

Now both tower also delayed, Vp expect to be next year 1st qtr.. maybe end of March.

Yeah.. the Multipurpose hall, garden area with water fountain and bbq area at car park rooftop beside Tower B is spacious and big.
Quite close to Tower B unit facing forest .. can see direct into units from car park lvl all the way till lvl 3A.. from the car park building and rooftop... less privacy.. unless close curtain alwys.
Have lift go up to the lvl 4 car park rooftop... not bad.

Theres 5 Lift inside Tower B but door kinda small.. fat ppl will be hard 2 enter. Cant seem to find the big lift for delivery item.

For 350 units think around 700 - 1300+ ppl .. all have to kongsi use the facilities not easy..
Swimming pool kinda small and short length..
GYM room smal, few equipments.. can fit about 7-8 ppl

Meeting hangout room quite spacious.

Not sure its official address but i saw the road name kinda sux..something like  Jalan Melati Kuarza .
Can see the aircond from outside eventho theres tiles with big gap cover abit..
