The Quarza mall link bridge is in the KL East development plan but cant get approval yet from the authority.
Spoke to Quarza SDP consultant, they will request for approval again. Now with new changes in Govt.. maybe will revise. If no bridge those PVs ppl have to drive or walk over to Quarza Mall.. Developer still have some 3 Studio unit unsold at tower A lvl 15 and lvl 13... after discount price abt RM 513k (1car park ) & 527k (2 Car park). Lvl 15 not bad just beside Sky Garden only only 4 unit for that floor lvl. Quarza mall completing by end of this year. Price will move up if Quarza mall good.
