The Quarza mall link bridge is in the KL East development plan but cant get approval yet from the authority.
Spoke to Quarza SDP consultant, they will request for approval again.

Now with new changes in Govt.. maybe will revise.

If no bridge those PVs ppl have to drive or walk over to Quarza Mall.. Veo still ok coz just next door.

Wah if still no taker next bid drop to 300-ish already affordable home price-range. How come that price is still not investment friendly bro?

As comparison the opposite big size (1300-1500sqft) PV units rental can get 1500-2000. Many arab family staying there. It just doesnt make sense one will fork out the same rental just to stay in a smaller size unit at the same area.

Full furnish Veo this size unit rental at 1800-2000. Who is the target tenant if for investment? 700sqft 1 bedroom unit. I wander.
