Just appreciate L&G is able to complete the project and successfully hand over to the owners. Recently I got stronger pessimistic feeling of KV condo oversupply. Most developers already over gearing their financial capability of launching few project simultaneously. Investors are also hard to flip/sell/rent their properties.

I strongly encourage buying ready sub-sale properties for own stay or investment. It is more realistic to be able to touch those your money has bought.

Don't shoot me... just tell what I feel, it is not the fact of truth.

May I check if anyone in tower B receive their keys yet or its only tower A? I have a unit in tower B but yet to receive any notifications.

Got the key a few days ago...very lucky got both KLCC n Bukit Antarabangsa view because of the corner unit. Would like to dispose mine for other investment. Please contact me if anybody interested to buy. Size 1570 sf.

Is your unit facing KLCC view? If yes, very soon it would be blocked by Arte+. The Arte+ is ridiculously close to the Elements, one can literally see each other from the balcony. Authority should do something about it.

Fortunately not. When I was selecting my purchase 1 year plus ago, most of the unit facing KLCC already taken, left with either too low or too high (& more expensive) unit. Thus, at the end I selected the other side, because I was thinking, if I want to look at the twin tower, I can always go up to roof top garden I don't have to look at it day & night.

I felt relieve I did not "die die" want to choose KLCC view. Hopefully the other side not going to have another project blocking...

yes i think KLCC facing units should dump their condo's asap!

why dump??? why not just tear down Elements for the sake of Arte+ empire?

I mean Sell them off u don't wanna bear 3 years of construction and then hardly get a view after that

Then investors shouldn't even buy Arte+ Ampang hill view units as they have known they will be blocked by Elements?
As well, investors should not buy sub-sales Elements' KLCC view units as they can see the construction of Arte+ is coming? Unless they never look down
I believe it is gonna to be the trend of "You block me, I block you" in the future development. Soon, new buildings will be even higher than KLCC, and it is nothing merit to look at it anymore.
