May I check if anyone in tower B receive their keys yet or its only tower A? I have a unit in tower B but yet to receive any notifications.

Is there a FB group or something for Elements owners? Would like to join if there is.

Between 2.20 and 5.40 psf according to Property Guru. Search under listing for rent and keywords The Elements @ Ampang.

Actual rental I guess maybe around 3.6 to 3.8 psf. Take middle ground.

Count me in. Went to collect keys and had to reject delivery as just too many defects to list down..
Windows cannot lock..
Tiles cracked
Door cannot close
Water leakage from the pipes
Water ponding

CEO says buyer will be surprised by the quality of the finishing.. Yes, I am surprised but not in a good way.

I wrote on the defects checklist, too many defects to list, please check thoroughly.
Asked them to call me to arrange for delivery when all the defects are done. Really unacceptable. The coordinator also poor thing, got an earful from me and he can only smile and shake head. Think he's also embarrassed.

3+ or 30+ ?
If only 3+ not so bad.. I gave up writing after a while and just reject. Too many defects. Unit is incomplete. How to take VP?

Hi guys,

Understand that air cond leaking is a general complaints from the owners.
Anyone has any news on when the developers will get them fixed? Was told that this is a factory issue.
Regardless, I think it should be fixed for us.
