Hi all towkay and sifus,
May I check if anyone in tower B receive their keys yet or its only tower A? I have a unit in tower B but yet to receive any notifications.
Is there a FB group or something for Elements owners? Would like to join if there is.

Between 2.20 and 5.40 psf according to Property Guru. Search under listing for rent and keywords The Elements @ Ampang.
Actual rental I guess maybe around 3.6 to 3.8 psf. Take middle ground.

Hi all owners of Elements@Ampang, Technically, we have taken vacant possession in July/August. Would like to find out if the JMB have been created? Hi guys,
Understand that air cond leaking is a general complaints from the owners. Anyone has any news on when the developers will get them fixed? Was told that this is a factory issue. Regardless, I think it should be fixed for us.
