Can combo washer dryer completely dry all the clothes following its capacity?

Normally it takes how long to complete both wash and dry cycles?

I surveyed with my friends all 5/5 claimed combo washer dryer cannot completely dry up their clothes. But I got no chance to look myself about their claims.

That happen only we dont follow the recommended weight like 9/5

Wash 9kg and dry 5 kg.

Nobody can to follow that, that 9Kg load will be left inside to dry, thats why not completely dry.

Your model is same as mine, it works very great on drying but mine start failed recently...May I ask if if you have any removable filter on heat exchanger? Actually in user manual there is a step show removing filter from heat exchanger but I checked with shop they say don't have in their unit too. Let me know if your unit is same too.

Also do you found water accumulate in heat exchanger area? Because mine start not working probably now there are water flooded in heat exchange area and water container seems contain a lot less water compare before. Plan to call service man to check this week sweat.gif

I called Electrolux service center and they sent technician to pick up the dryer and fixed it. It was suspected the heat exchanger area clogged and I did a overhaul which cost few hundred buck (really wtf on this) and replace faulty components since it is under warranty. Working fine so far but have to more frequent vacuum the heat exchanger area.

Yes known issue with many. Condensation causes stuff like mould to proliferate and they build up in a scum layer. If this area is unreachable, I'm afraid that's what's going to happen very routinely. That's why if getting one, I will stay away from condenser driers regardless of make and model. Ventilated ones ok. Heat pump, unknown. See here.

Can you also post what the dryer's manual says with regards to routine maintenance? Perhaps take a video for posterity on how servicing is done for these if they only come to clean.

Condensation because the dryer's heat exchanger still cold after turned off? What make and model? See the video posted on how one particular make and model can be cleaned.

Here is the part of cleaning instruction user manual downloaded online from their web.
*Fun fact: Our local version don't have the extra filter from step 6 to 11. The physical user manual only show the vacuum cleaning part.

Check your electrical circuit.

Might be the reason too that the motor keeps blowing.

Mine has that filter from Step 6-11. Vacuuming doesn't really help. Those dust sorta stuck to those blades. I think need professional to clean it.
