Your model is same as mine, it works very great on drying but mine start failed recently...May I ask if if you have any removable filter on heat exchanger? Actually in user manual there is a step show removing filter from heat exchanger but I checked with shop they say don't have in their unit too. Let me know if your unit is same too.

Also do you found water accumulate in heat exchanger area? Because mine start not working probably now there are water flooded in heat exchange area and water container seems contain a lot less water compare before. Plan to call service man to check this week
