I heard from SA of hijauan. Nothing confirmed. But logically in long term a pedestrian bridge is needed for residents from condos from Saujana side ( such as Amaya ) to cross Jalan Subang , or else how to cross the busy road to LRT station ? I believe the authority will eventually build it. Just that if the bridge is built nearer to Amaya/Citta mall then is will be too far for Hijauan.

Oh thts nice if nearer HS,haha,as long as they have two tunnel in and out from the condo is good

HS is pretty far from either citta mall or pacific place.......i think the nearest lrt station is at pacific place......honestly....even if there is a bridge.....i do not think you will want to walk that distance

i guess if there's a bridge would be convi for the residents there, pacific place is just too near to lrt but if a bridge link and walkable to lrt is great...something like kelana jaya lrt,the resident walk to the other side to take lrt..)

found out that the 52k rebate ofr 651sqft units is no longer available.

the current rebate is now at 39k for the 651sqft units

Btw, I also went to the sales office at Dana 1. A bit confusing since their sticker game. Half of 651sqft units had no stickers but you can't just book. Most without stickers are booked but haven't signed SPA. So if you really want to get a unit here, need to kow tim & follow up frequently with the SA.

I think it just tht those ppl have boook a unit have not release their unit yet,so and those have not signed snp they dont put a sticker yet
