From the master plan, there is a small gate at the opposite side of main entrance with direct access to Jalan Subang designed for emergency use. If develepor allows the residents to walk through, will this make the property within walking distance to LRT station at pacific place ? Heard that the developer is considering this and already applied three times to build a pedestrian bridge across Jalan Subang to connect to PP LRT but so far got rejected as the authority wants to build the bridge themselves. From the map, walking from SH along jalan subang and cross the road to reach the PP LRT station is actually feasible, maybe 15 mins of walk ?

Yeah I booked a unit.
The proposed bridge is not from SH itself. It will be built across the Subang road, but the actual site is not confirmed. I believe it is built to serve the community from the saujane site to access to the LRT in Pacific place. Logistically, I think it should be placed somewhere in between Amaya and SH. |
