I booked a 650f unit, 7th floor, facing NKVE, 312k after discount.
Ok for investment ?

SPA will be signed next week.
Construction will start after official launch by June according to SA.
I am a bit worry of facing NKVE and the single entrance through tunnel.

SA didnt mention about it.

I believe it is cheap thats why I booked. But dont like unit facing NKVE. Noise +++. Experience from pevious apartment ( Crimson ). Pool view all sapued, waiting list > 60. No chance to get. Anywhere think still will go for it as entry price is low.

From the master plan, there is a small gate at the opposite side of main entrance with direct access to Jalan Subang designed for emergency use. If develepor allows the residents to walk through, will this make the property within walking distance to LRT station at pacific place ? Heard that the developer is considering this and already applied three times to build a pedestrian bridge across Jalan Subang to connect to PP LRT but so far got rejected as the authority wants to build the bridge themselves. From the map, walking from SH along jalan subang and cross the road to reach the PP LRT station is actually feasible, maybe 15 mins of walk ?

The proposed bridge is not from SH itself. It will be built across the Subang road, but the actual site is not confirmed. I believe it is built to serve the community from the saujane site to access to the LRT in Pacific place. Logistically, I think it should be placed somewhere in between Amaya and SH.

7th floor facing NKVE. Wish I got better unit. Feel good for this project as the pricing is really reasonable compared to nearby new project like Ara green. The subsale of studio in Oasis with similar size is > 400 K, although oasis looks better in term of location and concepts.

I heard from SA of hijauan. Nothing confirmed. But logically in long term a pedestrian bridge is needed for residents from condos from Saujana side ( such as Amaya ) to cross Jalan Subang , or else how to cross the busy road to LRT station ? I believe the authority will eventually build it. Just that if the bridge is built nearer to Amaya/Citta mall then is will be too far for Hijauan.
