Ya I went there,they told me the same too,nice place,limited budget so I asked for studio unit,left like 2-3 units(leftover ppl got loan rejected),no-so-nice unit,but got one high floor ones I might be interested to book

Oh,i guess this prop is better than ara green or oasis due to the price abd location

The bigger units has better facing,tht doesnt face the highways but still owing a prop here is a steal!!'

The unit i saw and like was at level 11,guess if taking nkve view higher is good,theres a unit at level 5 i think,but thts too low

Oh nice hearing u got a unit there,i heard they wanna increase price soon...ehmmm

Ya dont like ara green eventhough its come with medihome gimmick which is unnecessary And their price is price in the future,lol

Saujana in my opinion is better choice,lol

Oasis suite not bad but the offices and the shops there seemed dead

From the master plan, there is a small gate at the opposite side of main entrance with direct access to Jalan Subang designed for emergency use. If develepor allows the residents to walk through, will this make the property within walking distance to LRT station at pacific place ? Heard that the developer is considering this and already applied three times to build a pedestrian bridge across Jalan Subang to connect to PP LRT but so far got rejected as the authority wants to build the bridge themselves. From the map, walking from SH along jalan subang and cross the road to reach the PP LRT station is actually feasible, maybe 15 mins of walk ?

Hey, I'm on level 11 too! Haha potential future neighbours? Anyway, I made my decision based on 2 points.

1)low entry price for this area
2)neighbourhood

I'm not sure if this is a steal or not, but I for me, the price is reasonable compared to surrounding projects.

As for oasis, I personally think it just needs some time before it fully matures into an all in one hub. I really think sime and brunsfeild won't leave it to rot smile.gif

Wow this something fresh to hear,wow if a bridge conmected i cn bet this will do better tha eve as far away from the main station...thumbs thumbs up

The proposed bridge is not from SH itself. It will be built across the Subang road, but the actual site is not confirmed. I believe it is built to serve the community from the saujane site to access to the LRT in Pacific place. Logistically, I think it should be placed somewhere in between Amaya and SH.

Yeah,now the lrt rail is bulding very fast,if connect HJ or even any saujana condos,the condo here sure sell good!!!

Better than oasis for sure,lol

If they proposed a gate to enter from subang road for residents thats even better!!

one question would be the main entrance. will it still be via the little tunnel? if im not mistaken the tunnel is only a one lane tunnel?

im sure the entrance tunnel will be widen?

7th floor facing NKVE. Wish I got better unit. Feel good for this project as the pricing is really reasonable compared to nearby new project like Ara green. The subsale of studio in Oasis with similar size is > 400 K, although oasis looks better in term of location and concepts.

Ya is very true too as ive said they wanna give less rebate soon,i guess i need to move fast too
