I think hijauan saujana has better specs than eve suite, but I think the location for hijauan might not be as good as eve suite. Cos to get to hijauan, u need to go through a tunnel, and after the tunnel, the road is sloping downwards. And right next to the project is Glenmarie bungalow and there is no through road to it and there is a high wall. As water always flow to the lowest point, it is like the tunnel act to channel water towards the condo. Feng shui wise, it is like water flow through the project....(wealth also flow away like the water)

I've checked on Eve Suite show room at NJX and Hijauan Saujana actual location (Show room not open) this afternoon

Hijauan Saujana, posh area surrounded by bungalows however is also surrounded by 2 major rd (Jalan Lanpangan Terbang and NKVE) - there will be a lot of dust and noise... not forgetting the LRT passing by

Eve Suite -next to LRT station, however the surrounding not that nice, the river beside LRT is polluted, surround by low cost flats.

FYI Eve suite will increase price tomorrow by 10k, was told by the SA. Infact he showed me the new pricelist print out that they will be replacing tomorrow.

eve suite is right next to the nkve as well hence it is no better than hijauan. moreover, with a station right next to it, you will actually get a lot of tracffic in and out of the place and not forgetting that with limited carpark for eve suite buyers, cars is likely to pour onto the road.

increasing price periodically seems like a modus operandi nowadays for a lot of developer to get buyer to put the bookings early.

I suggest better leave this to the fengshui master to calculate or else if we wrongly calculately then we will cry  cry.gif

well, feng shui is difficult to determine until vp of the unit. but a general feel of the project is not great as it is built on low land.

if you go to the site, you will realise there is a building there.....and i suspect that it could be a clubhouse/pub or restaurant which has closed down......hence the project is being classified as serviced residence as it is a commercial land and not residential land.

also, you need to be at least on the 7th or 8th floor to be higher than the bungalow at glenmarie......in other words.....it is 4-5 storey lower than the ground floor of the bungalows.....!!!!

Quite true if facing nkve better get higher floors while pool can get any floors i guess

if i get my positioning correct, i think there is 3 blocks. only 2 blocks launched. 1 block is for 650sqft and another block is all 1300sq ft.

for 1300sqft block, the view that is facing the pool is also facing the nkve. the other view is glenmarie view.

Will lrt near eve make eve a better buy than hijauan?
*
this is probably subjective....if you are using lrt then yes, it is better buy if you choose eve. if you do not use lrt, then having a lrt right in front, might be a pain cos you will have to deal with a lot of traffic. of course, this is assuming you are buying for own stay.......if you are buying for rental purpose, then obviously, to buy next to an lrt makes the property more versatile.

noise is one thing.

it is the sharp screeeching metal sound.......if you cannot tahan these sort of sounds, then better stay away from lrt line......i guess that is the problem you have when you build the lrt lines above ground instead of underground like other countries.

you not probably not see anything different now cos they are doing the piling......any progress, will be below ground and not above ground.

HS is pretty far from either citta mall or pacific place.......i think the nearest lrt station is at pacific place......honestly....even if there is a bridge.....i do not think you will want to walk that distance
