The land is for townhouse. At the end toward 1puchong side is a condo. But wawasan people object the condo development. Here the plan - 30 units of 4 storey Villa (Townhouse)
1 Block of 22 storey Condominium with 316 units
In total there are 346 units
Than after some objection and discussion and protest bla bla bla, the plan become,

Despite our protest, the development behind Bomba has got a conditional approval from MPSJ.
MPSJ informed that the developer has fulfilled the regulation of 60 units / ekar, details as below:-
The development : 30 units of Link Villa and 2 blocks of 22 storey condominium+ 9 Storey Car Park (31 Storey).

Total Land Area = 5.760 ekar
so 346 / 5.760 = 60 unit / ekar.
Believed is a loophole for a mixed development of high and low density, the development is loop sided.
MPSJ also impose the following conditions to IRDK :-
1) The developer, IRDK has to submit a traffic impact assesment report (TIA) to both MPSJ and RA. - so far we have not received anything.
2) IRDK will redraw the layout plan so that the condo Ingress/Engress to be on the north side via Food court /car wash area.
3) IRDK will acquire part of the land which SetiaWalk currently located to build a multi storey carpark. This carpark will eventually
be handed over to MPSJ
4) IRDK will undertake to remediate the probemmatic IWK sewage plant behind Bomba.
In view of the above, we still feel that we need to raise our concerns with regards to the traffic and others as per attached letter.
We have submitted the letter to MPSJ on the 5th of June 2012.

I have full set of this meeting and plan detail from beginning till the last I received back to last yrs. Don't no what will going be like with such the pack space and current traffic condition. Not forgetting few condos & 2 shopping malls currently under contrcution in Puchong Perdana -Bt 14 area esp - Hilton Puchong cum shopping mall + The Whaft Shopping Mall + yee fatt condo 
Bt14 area got no prominent skylines..all scaterred around. Anyway that Yee Fatt- The Whaft buiding probably the highest builing in Puchong currently
