Puchong very Wong. Bandar Puteri got so many restaurants but I noticed one thing - the turn-over dem high. Over the years I see so many restaurants closed down and new ones take its place. Not easy to do business here. The strange thing is those nice to eat places closed down not those bad ones. sad.gif

Let's play connect the dots :
The high turnover is happening not only in Puchong, but matured areas like SS2 too.

Malaysia's economy is not healthy, but you would be blind not to see that.

That unit at the corner? RM13M really not worth for that plot of land.

Move to Strawberry FC there according to the MonKee auntie. She move her stall to Fatt Kee liao. The old Fong Lei place is going to be a Speedmart 99.

Okay, one of the reasons for the high turnover (mostly shops) due to black money being rolled by our local gangsters/politicians/PLC. They use the shops, restaurants to roll their illegal earnings by using their people to buy/rent shoplots and then turn in the money after profit is made as they are not really in the business at all. Even corner shoplots get snapped up by them and they either sell or do a short term rental. Also there are cronies that get paid with shoplots and businesses when they grant govt. concessions and projects. They are not the small fry stupid enough to have money banked into their accounts or keep in shoeboxes.

Another way of biz is selling recond cars which even their own memebers will buy and later sell..you think Ferrari, Porsches, Lambo, RR Evoques, GTR and Alphard drivers are rich upper class millionaires?

Black money = profits from prostitution, drug trading, illegal gambling, hijacked goods, etc.

Yes, but not just behind the bomba, it looks like its that whole strip of land. I know they're going to start work on the U-turn ramp, but the scale of the clearing is definitely beyond the scope of just the ramp.
