this is my first time in upgrading iphone..i want to upgrade my 3gs using iPhone2,1_5.1_9B176_Restore..but after finish all the prosess i cant activate my phone..its say the activation server is temporary unavailable?my phone just stuck there...please help me..

don't do that!

install SAM, go to utilities and choose de-activate iPhone (clear push) and revert lockdown to original,

after done, enable SAM, plug to iTunes, and wait till your phone activated..

reboot and re-install Whatsapp and any app that using notification...

if u r factory unlocked, u should check your computer host file and remove any entry that got gs.apple written on it...

if you using locked phone and depends on ultrasn0w or any sim card unlock, you should install SAM, de-activate your phone and re-activate it using SAM...

from what you said about no service, i think maybe your phone is locked phone and u update it without pre-caution...

Based on his twitter, it's only for the iPhone 4, not 4s. iPhone 4 always have some vulnerability especially the bootrom exploit. But let's hope he can implement the same thing on the 4s.

u can try deactivate it again in SAM utilities, and then choose Restore Activation..
