Is the developer also BHL?

Will tenants prefer to rent at Taman Segar or at shops near Econsave instead?

Haha after more than 1 year of preview n soft launch n price up 5 to 10%

During launch the new shops opposite just 2 or 3 with occupants at ground floor

Wonder now how is the occupancy...that can be a measure of the potential of this site

For 618sft, the second block price has surely increased slightly vs the first block. During launch in 2012, first block low floor units can get below RM350k nett price with 7% rebate

However for first block, the 2 rooms units were the fastest selling and since not many such units compared to the 618 sf

In 2012, this price for this location seems high but now with all the launches in nearby location exceeding this it's upto u to judge its potential especially since fully furnished and u can straight away rent out upon vp though no differentiation since all units are same renovation

Con to consider is accessibility, high density and the htc nearby

The towers are actually built below on the slope next to those low cost apartments opposite the Mark...still ample land there. The local resident association used to hang the plan of the HTC line near the bus station there

The same line will pass by Bukit Segar and to Sungai Long

Wouldn't say it is isolated as it is 5 to 10 mins drive to/from leisure mall. The only issue is only one access road
