From Rm390k for 618 sf studio unit in Block B. Meaning RM631 psf. Leasehold. Any buyers here? Seems a bit expensive for leasehold property although a short drive down to MRT (not walking distance definitely).

May I know RM390k is before discount? Still got buyer already bookef and sign S&P although you claimed it is Leasehold.

Mostly buyer concern to the environment away from busy road like Jln Cheras highway due to air pollution. The Mark located behind Ulu Langat reserved forest feel better & greenery + near KL town.

Today you feel expensive, when come to the vp 2016, you are regreted why I not buy that time.

Casa Green average abt RM333 psf (1797 sf) vs The Mark RM631 psf (618sf). Freehold vs leasehold. The Mark has more facilities but I live inside my house, not inside the facilities.

Bear in mind, if you stay with a club house & swimming pool, will you mind outdoor environment or air polluted? Or you always stuck inside the house and not care outside environment?

Unless, you buy Soho/Apartment still paying maintainance fees, but never come out to enjoy the facilities. If true, you better buy property no clubhouse. You wasted of money to pay maintance fees but no need come out to enjoy fresher air & greenery environment.

I am not 100% sure. But I went to view a landscape very nice no air pollution that skip from a main highway. One thing I don't like it's Leasehold, but still got buyer very confidence due to near KL, good environment & alot facilities. In future you will saw many ah moi & mistress will stay here brows.gif

Really "The Mark" = Mark up price. Leasehold and no DIBS for a price tag of rm620psft onwards.

Up the hill at Taman segar petronas...pass by few apartments...then vista mas bungalow...then the site...then bukit segar jaya then downhill to econsave
