saw the unit (showroom) yesterday. really like the design BUT NOT the 660 sqf unit. I think there are too many studio unit in this development. Even though it's 90% booked but will anyone willing to pay 1500 monthly for this unit. I like the 850 and especially 1100 becoz it feels nice and utilize all the space. And as for 660 unit, guest have to go through the room in order to use the toilet. :-(

Been waiting this property to start selling the block b... SA said they will launch it after finish selling Block a... That was 6 months ago...
No more waiting now... I invested somewhere else..

Last heard was about 600psf before discount
