RM35 only?
Ori?
With electrically operated mirrors?
With or w/o LED Turn Indicator lamps?

Just mirror, proton genuine part. Mine basic spec, no electrical mirror. Very flimsy material. ohmy.gif

If electrical should be more expensive.

Why the heck would you wanna do that?

Reminds me of the cerita dongeng:

6000rpm at N, engage D with full throttle, wheel spin 5 wonderful seconds with loads of smoke, then "take off" laugh.gif

Don't think it work with CVT thouh brows.gif logically it will create clutch spin or CVT belt spin. Worse case snap belt ph34r.gif

This also reminds me of NISSAN GTR R35 warranty does not cover gear box wreck under SPORT LAUNCH MODE ph34r.gif ph34r.gif

Dude, I think you got the idea wrong. If induction more garang, the human inside also more garang, as a result the car become faster laugh.gif

Anyway, the DYNO test is not ENTIRE truth. Enough of all that bull crap. Fact now, original filter VS hi-flow filter as of what I read from vacuum meter:
1) Original paper filter was meant to CONTROL NOISE POLUTION, therefore you hear nothing from original air filter
2) Low restriction air filter will result in LOSS POWER at 2 end, low end and top end(without adjusting ECU understanding)
3) People claim to have their racing filter installed, they have more power INDEED A MYTH, because they actually push in MORE AIR compare to fuel, as a result BAD AIR FUEL RATIO
4) Without adjusting ECU setup, simply replace a racing filter, if you drive your car below 10in/hg, you actually save petrol because your motor is running LEAN compare to stock paper filter
5) Without adjusting ECU setup, replacement of racing filter will result in loss top end because too much air being intake, mixture of petrol become too lean & superficial burning condition, whilst creating high heat result in power loss(use the correct reading spark plug, colder for high compression variable valve timing engine, and hotter for force induction engine)
6) To have full action/benefit from racing filter, combination of ECU tuning is utmost important. A simple example for layman understanding, and we also did science experiment back in high school.
a)When you feed oxigen to a joss stick, it will quickly lite up the stick and that's it. No more further action.
b) When you feed oxigen to a joss stick, it will quickly lite up the stick, then you push in the joss stick further, you lite up the entire science lab!!!

To conclude, to have full use of the racing filter(more air induction), your computer will have to instruct the fuel injector to spray more juice in order to get more action. Simply put in an air filter and hoping for power up, that's non-sense. However, if you're stuffing in a racing filter to listen to the great induction "music", enjoy the lighter fuel accelator meanwhile saving petrol is not at all an bad idea for racing filter. Hope this help. icon_rolleyes.gif

p/s: By the way, MCM is sponsored by insurance company. Do you think insurance company will encourage people to mod their car for more accident? So they get a claim? hmm.gif

Isn't that what the O2 sensor is for? to tell the ECU to feed more fuel when there it is running lean?

Not too sure, but according to SiuYi previous answer, this thing is running on MAP sensors, therefore more air will not give you more fuel. But if your filter is dirty, less air it will give less fuel so you loss power whilst wouldn't create much black smoke from exhaust pipe, reduce the chance to baking carbon in your engine laugh.gif I believe the current engine setup is made for environmental friendly instead of performance. Correct me if I'm wrong. notworthy.gif

p/s: I'm the 1 who can't live without performance filter, so may be I'm bias flex.gif
