wa punya kereta still belum buat siap... kanasai today call the guy, he say he order punya replacement pintu still havent come... sudah 10 days... esok call again to ask for firm date... he cant firm the date for siap repair, still supposed to have a firm date to receive the ordered parts ma (IMO). should have some sort of KPI (for the spare parts place, from received order to produce parts), i believe... from the received part date, how many days of work required to complete repair ma, i think that's the right way of attending a customer, at least.... cis... angry me....
