Is your phone rooted. If so install betterbatterystats and check for partial wakelocks

dunno can flash without wipe or not. I just setup my stunner 5.0 nicely.

Stunner rom developer has now deleted his requirement that you need to flash abyss kernel to flash his rom. This is always what I have always said - it is not necessary. Only necessary if you wish to restore back your GB rom

But one things for sure is, you get partial ROOT if you flash from rooted GB rom to Stunner directly.

Flash first without wiping data , just wipe caches . If you see a lot of FC or other issues than reflash with wipe data. Restoring back your apps/data with TB just takes 15-20 mins only

guys, really need help ...im stuck on Samsung note logo ...
justnow i tried to flash to stunner ...
so i go n flash to to ICS Repack 1st ..
found out that cwm is missing and tried Volume up + Power ..not working...
then wanna flash back to the CF-Root to gain back CWM ...but not working ...
so thought of flashing back to GB back again using mobile odin ...
then i got stuck at Samsung Note Logo ....sometimes it vibrate + stuck at logo
help help !

tried to go to download mode ....note working too ...

Not necessary true. I always get full root flashing so many times from rooted GB rom ( Cassie LC1 lite )
this only happens if your GB rom is not full root. many users assumed theirs is full rooted just because the apps that need root works
So if anyone wants to flash directly from their GB rom - test first whether yours is full rooted by using root explorer - if you can edit system files, delete and add files into /system folder this means your rom is fully rooted

If for me ... I will get back to the basic (this is my steps , no necessary to follow)

I will download the Original Firmware ,go to download mode , flash with PC ODIN

Start from zero again .....

So far no problem with Stunner ..

YOu use Mobile ODin to flash the ICS repack NOT through recovery

Take off battery and wipe data and caches - restart phone. I assume you have CWM recovery installed. IF you do not have , just wipe data from stock recovery

Yes like Uncle Benny said,I flashed from rooted GB rom to Stunner 5.0 directly and I still get full root and I juz helped my supervisor to flash his phone from rooted GB rom to Stunner 5.0 directly also got full root access

Yes, i use mobile odin to flash ICS Repack, it works and can start at first ....
then i realise that CWM is not there anymore so i wanna flash back to KKA to have a fresh start again.
coz i cant go back to CWM so i have to flash to KKA with the .tar file method which is using mobile odin
Now i cant go to either download mode or CWM (volume up + Power)
how ??
is my phone bricked ?

And if your GB is only partial rooted , you must flash the Chinese LP1 repack first through Mobile ODin , than only flash the Stunner rom directly from Recovery

I just look at the latest Midnote Team 1 revised rom flashing requirements - so leceh, need to flash 2 about 500 MB rom , a base rom and another Team v1.0 rom . If you start from GB , you need to flash another Midnote 2.1 rom first ( this is his modified Chinese repack). Those who wish to flash Midnote latest Team 1 ( actually is 3.4 ), better read and follow his instructions thoroughly and do not miss any step

Added on April 19, 2012, 10:14 amIn the first place , why you worry no CWM app. After you have flash the CHinese repack , manually boot into CWM recovery ( off phone, press volup+power+home). You do not need the app to do it. If you want, you can always download this app separately which I have posted and is now listed in post#6

You go to download mode by switching off phone : press vol DOWN+home+power . Connect phone to PC. Use Odin to flash the rom you want

Haha so far so good.Using memo and task manager from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1602303 and jotter as a substitue for S-Note and S-Memo.Not as good as them but should be okay

Erm I used old method of rooting which is downgrading then only root.I checked whether I have the full root access by modifying file permissions (this can be done if u have full root access only right?) then only flash to Stunner 5.0

Any link to download LP5 Modem, I need to flash just the modem itself. Thx

yeah .. I using Jotter as well ....not as good as S Memo ..but at least its work

Just little sharing ....

I installed Sygic GPS on my both of my Note ..and Running perfectly

Compare with my friend S2 , HTC 1X ,

NOTE GPS searching seems more faster and no problem running with Stunner ....

Yea sygic working properly.Havent test other apps whether they r working anot yet
