i know benny, but now i cant even go to CWM with Volume UP + Power and i also cant go to download mode either ...

I used CWM and it's working fine but I am not sure whether there r better and faster method.

Superman7 is right, it's caused by the partial root issue. Anyone got the link to leaked chinese rom and a little guide here to help me root back and forth to Stunner?

And also is anyone using Stunner have this similar problem?

uncle benny can help me to connect to KIES via USB? I tried many times with the solution provided by samsung (reinstall driver etc) but failed.
my pc is win7 (32bit and 64bit) kies vesion 2.3xx.
IMHO, The KIES is not user friendly and rubbish

Try go to setting , application , development enable usb debugging and plug in to ur pc or lappy to install software

tks for your reply. In fact i have done this and plug in/out cable, restart phone/pc etc still failed..
My GN is 4 days old sme set. still fresh haha.. BTW, i can connect the phone in USB storage mode.
What i want to know that is can i use my phone/upgrade etc without KIES?

Dunno whether I should wipe the data or not Dev said no need if you're coming from previous Stunner ROM but I think best case is to do so.
Lazy to make all the settings again la.. Can TB backup settings for Stunner 5.0 as well?

How come the version is 1.4.19 I tot it starts from 5.0
