uob just call me up to process loan on other unit. we discussed about this 3rd property and 70& LTV thing too. He say UOB will treat it as 70% finance even though i use my wife name to borrow and myself act as guarantor.

Sorry I did not book this. But I heard from my friend who booked this project that they will clear the cheque. Don't know how true. But I booked other projects which are in similar situations, all of them cleared my cheques.

I just returned from the agent office and the site of the condomunium.

I noticed the site land is very small. Can it support so many units?

I have relative wanted to buy for own stay. Unfortunately units left is either next to the open land, floor 14, bigger units or units next to lift.

So, end up no booking.

bro, floor 14 actually refer as level 8 for residential unit. got pro and con. land size small thats why only 1 block building with elevated car park. Most of the serviced condo around Ampang, subang and USJ land size less than 2 acres.

But the 14th still be your house number wo.

I don't mind if it is 13A.

Ok.... maybe other can give opinion about the land size after viewing the site.

i suppose the developer will request majlis for 13A during address application.

earlier i thought u pantang the 14th floor thing. the 1st pick i made is level 8, then only found out is 14th floor. Then i choose 1 floor lower, level 7 / 13th floor

i also bought one at 14th floor. I don't think they will put 14 in the lift or or house number. I have checked with SA and L8-xx will be the house number. About the lift, the lowest floor of the lift is level4 (no lift for the shop office) hence i don't really think they will number the lift start from 4. It is either 1 or B4. So no matter what you wont get 14 at all.

Chinese don't like 14, ang mo avoid 13. Maybe the lift numbering will skip 14. From 13 then 15. But I believe hong soon developer won't borther it. All the project built by them are poor finishing and design not so impress .
