Chinese don't like 14, ang mo avoid 13. Maybe the lift numbering will skip 14. From 13 then 15. But I believe hong soon developer won't borther it. All the project built by them are poor finishing and design not so impress .

Do not trust hong soon SA. Lastime they launch mahkota condo the broucher map show lrt beside mahkota jj and new link to Hulu langat at opposite site

If you work in kl, both of this condo also will face traffic jam route on peak hours . Balakong condo , sound not good. Cheras selatan condo sound better la

Some Service apartment with HDA but some without HDA. And Service apartment maintenance charge is higher. One question any relationship between the podium retail and service apartment ? Is the retail open for sale ? Or leasing by developer? This is a big issue if the retail gonna sale then future of this podium will in trouble. No upgrading , poor maintenance .. Any type of tenant come in. This make the building messy..

Here The distances between development site and cementery is worst than Connaught There atleast got around +-150ft gap between cementery and the low rise flat. No longer rest in peace for the deceased . Hope everything will be smooth during construction and after completed. If got mystery case happen next time , ask TVB 'Kwai tam' team to do documentary 😃
