I'm not too sure but from what I know , it helps you makes the burning process faster.

It's not a magic pill that can reduce your fat without exercise.

The acute weight loss is due to water loss.
Body provides it's energy from different sources like carbohydrates when the activity is less than 5 minutes, then by rising the heart rate the energy source switchs to Oxidative mode at which your body burns fat and muscles. By proper training you can control that all the energy is derived from fat, in the meantime by a right resistant training you can add up to your muscles.

Hope it can help

The truth is, not everyone responds to eating and training in quite the same way. but what is definitely proven is "calorie in - calorie out" should be considered when it comes to weight loss. usually fat people are not aware of what they eat. what I as a personal trainer recommend you is to install an application like NOOM on your mobile and track your food.

hi,i have problem to maintain my weight for some period..let me share my story.
2011-My weight is around 102kg.So,after getting advice from doctor,i started work out.It takes me around 6 months to get weight around 75kg.At this point,i started relax and skip my work out,and just 3-4 months,i gained back 10kg.
2012-I started work out back. And in 3 months,my weight drop until 65-68kg.I try to maintain it until August. Then i started working,no more work out,and i gaining back my weight.
2013-In January,my weight is around 78kg and when it keep increase until February,(I gain 2,3kg),i start work out.Currently i doing my work out after working hours.

So,my question here, why i gain some weight when im not doing work out even though im control my appetite. Is it true that some rumors said, once u start work out and get the result,u cannot skip the exercise or u will gain back the weight..i am jealous with some friends that can eating what ever they want and still maintain their weight.I am very sure i will manage to drop some weight, but to maintain it,i really need help..thanks.

Coffee rises the metabolic rate, and consuming sugar-free coffee before workout is recommended.

Is it okay if I replace rice with Gardenia whole grain bread? 15g of fibre + 15g of protein per 100g.

For weight loss it's highly recommended to cut the white bread and rice. the reason is that they can easily break down and release glucose to your blood (high GI). when glucose spikes in blood a signal is sent to the brain that there are extra energy in the body, hence the body stores them as fat. this process doesn't happen when it comes to whole grain bread and brown rice as they break down slower.

hope it helps

Try to choose cereals which are higher in fiber and lower in added sugar. Consuming carbohydrates are very important before, during and after workout especially in high intensity workout (>80% Maximum Heart Rate ) which lasts more than 70 minute, but calorie counting shouldn't be forgotten (it's better to not to take more than 50% of your whole daily energy from carbohydrate).

Hope it helps

Thanks again!

Oh one more thing, where can I find non-fat milk in Malaysia? Shops that I go to only sells low-fat milk. Non-fat would be great since I drink a lot daily, including mixing it with cereal.

exercise exercise exercise is important! you can't just rely on products to reduce fats - your skin will still remain loose. you need exercises to firm your skin. it won't automatically go away like that. it's been more than half a year since i posted here. i would like to let you guys know i have managed to reduce 10kg within 4 months with regular RPM and Body Combat at the gym and of course there's a slimming drink which i am consuming together while doing these workout.

best thing is it's lactose intolerant and won't cause me to have diarrhea.

im taking bcaa & API fat burner. I lost 12kg in 3 months. Diet & Exercise is the key. Mostly diet, if u exercise as hell & eat as many as your exercise, u will not lose fat.

Apply clean diet and exercise in your daily life nod.gif

just my 2 cents

To those trying to lose weight, skip your cardio for these instead.

Your diet controls 80% if not more, of how you look like. Training is only the icing of the cake.

I don't do cardio and my gym sessions are less than 40 mins per session. If I'm lazy, I just hit gym twice a week.

What am I trying to say here?

----------------------------------> Fix the diet. And please, don't do stupid things like COMPLETELY stop mamak and fast food. You want to make the diet fun. You want to make it into a long term adherence process, not a torture.

In fact, call it a damn lifestyle change, don't use the word diet.

Though crude, those are truly words of wisdom. That basically summarises it all, though you could also explain more on fixing the diet.

I'd personally say it's a damn mental disease. There's just so many good training and nutrition protocols out there on the net, some even designed for the busiest of people, but somehow many still can't adhere to it.

its all about how much one wants the change and be healthy and not just talk about it and give all kinda excuses.

If you start young its easier to keep it going as you age, trust me, been there, and done it as well.

Why? I don't need to list the basics down. It can be explained by a lot of you. I just need to make certain people wake up when they do illogical things like too big of a cal deficit, torture themselves with a totally 100% healthy diet with zero allowance for mamak foods and fast foods once in a while which make life worth living and encourages long term adherence.

ALL diets work. Not ALL diets are optimal because of the problem of long term adherence. If i start specifying what each and everyone should do to lose weight, then I will be writing a bloody long essay right bro?
