I think I am skinny fat though. I got fat but bony/skinny. I do some weight lifts too.

Is it always advisable to do weight lifting first before cardio/spinning?

I need to cut down my fat to lose that belly n butt =(

Morning: Water and Banana

Doing SL 5x5

then protein shake + oatmeal if still hungry.

Lunch: rice, meat and vege

Green tea all the way, milo if hungry

dinner: as usual, 1full meal.

Will this be okay? for weight loss/muscle gain?

hi guys, regarding FatBurners (by rev x lab: fatburners extreme), do fatburners burns away fats ONLY or it will reduce all your weight in the sense of water,fats and muscle mass as well?
