Erm, i actually got that gains over 4 months i think, and then stayed at that weight until now, the max i hit is 68kg, but not sure if it is true weight becos i weigh it after i eat, yeah i think maybe not reli consistent with the meal, sad.gif
Now i wanna eat and train back like when i first started, so wanna ask for those question that i asked previously regarding those supplements

Well my suggestion is that you stop thinking about those supps. What you should be focusing is about your diet. According to what you've stated before, your diet is not optimal for increasing your muscles. A quick question if you don't mind. How much protein do you take daily?

which one, water or milk? lol. reason for me asking this, some people have issues consuming it with milk.

also, try spacing it out, say 1 scoop after workouts, 1 scoop later on in the day.

Erm, I dont reli know how much protein i consume everyday, but i think i should consume around 185g of protein divided into 6 meals right?
At least 52g of protein from weight-gainer and 4 full eggs' protein which is (6.3g*4) 25.2g,
which means at least 77.2g of proteins, other foods i dunno how to calculate, rclxub.gif

Ah, at least you know the basic. But put more effort on understanding how to count calorie and always make sure that you consume more than your calorie maintenance. Only after that, and after seeing some good progress, then you can go for all those supps. Why? Supps ain't magic powder. If you had bad diet, whatever supps you're taking won't make much of a good.

Erm, yeah sometimes is hard to get like 500 calories 30g+ of protein in one meal and have it 6 times everyday, plus i can only know those nutritional facts only if i buy canned foods(since they have labelled there), those home-cooked meals and meals outside i dunno how to count, any idea? i saw some sites even counts like 8/12 ounces of lean meat and such, i mean how to count for the weight some more if it's served outside? rclxub.gif

Yeah I know. That is somehow the major problem of being a skinny guy. Nonetheless, it is not an excuse and if you ain't eating much, you just wasting your time. Well, for me it is hard to know the nutritional value if I ate outside, that is why I always cook my own food. If I had to eat outside, I'll guess the weight and try to list down the p/f/c and lower those value. That's just my own way and I'm not good at it sweat.gif

But even if cook own food, it's hard to know how much p/f/c that it contains also if it is not labelled(for me at least rclxub.gif )

tried my friends jack3d the other day. note that i had 3 hours of sleep the previous day. After about half and hour. The energy boost was insane. I carried heavier than I ever did. and had energy till 4-5 hours after that. I was totally dead. Now I'm looking at preworkouts. which is considered powerful and safe?

most in my gym would agree with superpump. not so strong, not so weak.

jack3d,craze are lil bit strong for most of my friends.

thats due to the fact craze has confirmed amphetamines added to it, that are not listed on the nutritional info.
there was a whole legal thing about it a few months ago earlier this year. currently they are still in the midst
of prohibiting sales of it in the US. DS sports is not really a reputable/trustable company, as the owner has also
previously been in a similar incident before.
