Definitely. Most mass gainers have cheap fillers and little protein. Just eat rice (or better still, brown rice) if u want carbs, it is so much cheaper.

The thing is most weight gainers are full of sugars and those stuff. Just go for solid foods.

I will try to consume Dymatize Iso.100 whey after finished my Nitrotech performance series.

My question is, alongside consume whey protein, what supplement shoud I take in order to maintain my muscle and recovery in same time?

During nitrotech time, I can see improvement but in same time felt so hurt a day after done my workout. My muScle went 'cramp' almost a week!

Any advise?

Supps suppliers will hate me if everyone follows the minimalist approach. Those in the "know" knows exactly what I'm saying. Let me share a tips, if you were not even sub-10 BF, you can opt all supps.. Save your bucks! Invest in others to generate more income...

I would like it too...in fact, does it target specific areas? like 1 scoop for gains on delts...2 scoops for gains in quads...122148791741 scoops for overall quality mass gain smile.gif

Just bought universal ultra whey pro (cookies and crean) from musclemaniaclub. The powder is bland, even when mixed with milk, and tasted abit sour for me. Not sure if it's the product itself or the whey has gone bad. It was sealed, and expiry is in 2016.

LOL.. no additional quality mass needed for mah 3rd leg..if you get my drift..

jokes aside, it's delusional to think anything gives you 100% quality mass...unless the word quality in his books isn't 100% muscle...
i'm very tempted to try though..just to see what he's on about..

Looks like I have no choice but to work & eat hard for just a mere 3kg quality muscle mass. Thought NutritionPro would bring us some new break-through, some redefined technology and education. My bad! I'll stop dreaming and try to get some sleep. Emmm.. Time to chill now..
