me currently 165cm 63KG the guy in the picture 168 or 170cm 80kg++
i should cut first, to 60, then continue bulk to 70, or i will bulk to 70 first then cut, then bulk again?
could it be cutting just 3KG then bulk again, its useless and wasting time? or the cut really did shred off some fats?
my friend said my BF is about 16% or a little bit more now, if i bulk to 70 i'm afraid i will be too fat then my mom will RAGEEEEE,she dont support me doing this sport because she likes those people with slim slim body, she says if my BF goes higher then 20 she will ban me from this sport
but my target is to reach that buff buff body, so when bulking obviously will get some fats, lol
any opinion??
Usually, I would suggest that a person with 16% bodyfat to go for bulk. 16% bf is normal for male. But then, you have a very strict rule of not going higher than 20% so the only way is that you have to cut. Or you can always go for clean and slow bulk, where you don't take too much of calorie surplus. Your bulk will be slow but well, it is an option.
