Im sure you disagree, but you do know that your posts sometimes has absolutely no context to the topic in hand? And needing google to understand what you are posting is also plain ridiculous.

Be clear or dont post at all.

noted.

Added on June 7, 2012, 2:06 pmbut then, you do ask about the squat of 1100% bodyweight right? Just clarifying on that, that's all.

Do whichever that feels the best for you. Different people different results

Did you really need to post multiple times to explain one damn thing? What happens when everyone posts like you?
*
Haha. Sorry man if that disturbs you. Been very stress when I posted that post. I need to be distracted from my project by posting here. Will never happen again in this forum. Are we cool?

Thanks pedro and alien. Shall continue with the schedule.

And no, of course not upper body only.

Currently on the first week of Tim Ferris's Occam Protocol.

Training's not difficult, it's the eating that is!
*
I've just read about the Tim Ferris Occam Protocol. Didn't found any article explaining details about it, well since it is not free right? But I do read a log from bodybuilding.com where the user uses this protocol to the T. And god damn, 10 lbs lean muscle mass within 1 week for non-beginner is a lot. If you can follow this, do tell me the result. I would love to try it.

I dunno man, i read the link, and frankly speaking only two sets per session x two times a week? Im very skeptical lol.
*
This is what I've found in bodybuilding.com -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=131097663
What the user gained in lean muscle mass is very different from the link you've read (10lbs within 2 weeks!). Didn't have much time to read the log just skimmed on it. Try read it and gives your opinion.

I've read that one before. Good progress nevertheless.

Good? I would rate it as awesome; unless he inject synthol or ASS during the period but that would defeat the purpose of testing the protocol right?

Impressive gains. But note that the authornonlyndid crossfit before starting on this. I guess we will see how dt1 is doingnin a few weeks.

Fyi im still skeptical lol.
*
Mike, why don't you try it? It is just a month routine and since you are quite an experience bb, you might be able to follow the protocol to the T right?

So here's the problem.. should he get fatburner? If yes what is the best fb suit him

I've tried OxyElite Pro by UspLabs and it is good but now it has been banned. But the thing is, relying on fat burner ONLY without exercising, controlling diet would gives little result

you do realize that not everyone was blessed with a phone that can take picture and videos

you do realize that you can believe whatever you want to believe.

come in me bro
*
well first of all adix4, you didn't yet uploaded your bench video. people here won't believe if you didn't post drill/video so why bother saying that you can deadlift 365lbs if you can't even provide a video? Ever see a forumers here do what you did? No. They back their words with video proof.

this is my current body

i wanna become like this

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

me currently 165cm 63KG the guy in the picture 168 or 170cm 80kg++

i should cut first, to 60, then continue bulk to 70, or i will bulk to 70 first then cut, then bulk again?

could it be cutting just 3KG then bulk again, its useless and wasting time? or the cut really did shred off some fats?

my friend said my BF is about 16% or a little bit more now, if i bulk to 70 i'm afraid i will be too fat then my mom will RAGEEEEE,she dont support me  doing this sport because she likes those people with slim slim body, she says if my BF goes higher then 20 she will ban me from this sport  sad.gif
but my target is to reach that buff buff body, so when bulking obviously will get some fats, lol

any opinion??
*
Usually, I would suggest that a person with 16% bodyfat to go for bulk. 16% bf is normal for male. But then, you have a very strict rule of not going higher than 20% so the only way is that you have to cut. Or you can always go for clean and slow bulk, where you don't take too much of calorie surplus. Your bulk will be slow but well, it is an option.

Hey guys. I dont know if im in wrong section or not. I have a question. Can i take Mass Gainer but not enter the gym? I just do home work out with my dumbell. Im on bulking right now. Is that suitable for me? Thanks icon_rolleyes.gif
*
No you can't. If you drink mass gainers without entering the gym, you will be dead. If you mean by opting to exercise not at the gym, the answer is yes you can. But then, if you don't have proper exercise which can build muscle, you will only gain fat from mass gainers..

QUOTE(VincentChen @ Jun 15 2012, 12:08 AM)
dunno lol, im a newbie, but its not recommended , i saw the pros here flame alot of people for like that liao
*
They don't flame the mass gainers supplements (some do) but more on how the beginners taking mass gainers thinking it will surely increase their mass which is not. For me, unless they understand how much they need to eat daily to increase their mass which usually beginner don't know, mass gainers won't be useful to them. Maybe it work, but it will surely won't work if they don't even meet they calorie maintenance.
