Un-removable battery and no sdcard slot is really a dealbreaker for me. Otherwise i might get HOX just for testing sake.
Really hope Samsung wont follow HTC by giving us un-removable battery. Most of the grumbling in S2 thread is about saving battery juice. Imagine we cannot slap in spare battery and had to bring charger or bulky external battery along with us everywhere on daily basis. I might even skip S3 if that the case :'(

Leaked ICS on GNote is so much better than official ICS on S2. It really smooth and faster on GNote while on S2 i found not that much different between ICS and GB. :-(

well checkrom only aim is stable release
unless the current ics rom is stable enough or else you won't be getting it

Dont misunderstood. ICS on S2 is good and stable already. It just that not much different in term of smoothness or faster. It sort of using different UI only. But if you use Apex or Nova Launcher and not TW then only you can feel a slight different between ICS and GB.

Hello everyone, haven't been here in a few months. Last time I was here it was still V28. Glad to see this thread is still going strong

Currently running theybyani's XWLP3. Did I miss anything major and is there any newer ICS ROM which is better than the XWLP3?

First of all, I would like to say thank to you guys replied to my problem. I had tried the suggested method but the issue still cannot be remove which I don't know why. By the way,this was my first ASOP rom. Before this , I had tried to different rom without the occurrence of this error. Maybe I shouldn't restored my text to this ASOP rom.

Just flashed hydrogen with latest siyah kernel.

A few reasons I can think off thanks to the traffic at LRT now.

1. The dev felt lazy
2. No more having s2, move to gnote or something else
3. Dev want us to be...waiting for the new load up.

Thought they're mainly waiting for Jkay je?

I think Checkrom is just waiting for a completely stable ICS.

They've always had very solid stable releases.

Patience. GB in the meantime is running 100% perfect.

Im really loving the hydrog3nics. Addition with Siyah. Really feels like a new phone now. I've read Para is going to add Sense task management on the next update O_O

no sdcard slot is okay since 32gb internal storage is more than enough for me

unremovable battery also okay, but I wonder why unremovable battery is a deal breaker for you @@
for me micro sim is the deal breaker for me ~.~
