dun worry, for 300+ u can get a good front speaker replacement that will make it sound a lot better than ori

as for brand wise, use your ears to listen to the different.....we are not buying a brand that looks good in your eyes and think "it's better" in ur mind. We use ears to listen

But... they will let us test to sound before purchase? PC speaker i know got test unit la... car speaker i duno where to find... Just need to know what is reputable brand so that I can try on first... because sometimes some accesories shop try to con ppl by showing those beaitiful speaker 3 way/4way and say it is reputable brand while actually they are just some cap ayam only...and also the price tag they put there is ridiculously high and give u 50% discount... I was like, boleh percaya ke?

Can fit 6.5'' too but need to modify door a bit. U get the helix 4'' then put an active sub, u will feel it is improve very much ady

i can let u test out a few 4" spk on ur car to feel how it's gonna be after install...then u can choose from them see which 1 suit u the best....

testing by yourself worth more than thousand i speak...or anyone speak

Hi Guys, i wana ask about aux port. That is for plugging external sources such as ipod/mp3 player/hippo gumstick right ? Because all sources i have are in flac lol.

FLAC or not does not matter as the portable (eg: your ipod) already processed the FLAC file and converted it into analog signals to send through AUX port (hence DAC)

How much does a good aux cable sales out there?

personally, if the build quality is good, in the 10's or 20 ringgit should be more than enough. he'll i using few ringgit AUX to connect my phone in case i want to view youtube in car lol.

other than that i just use usb, better connection, and uses the HU DAC instead of the phone's DAC
