jovenne, do i have to keep my homeline in order to get the same number on unifi voip? or just terminate homeline and streamyx together?

You must choose to keep your existing number if you still want that number. Unifi voip number is a new number provided to you for free as well. If you choose to keep, it means u will have two numbers in house no matter u keep or not, u will be getting new number from unifi and only unifi phone number can enjoy free calls

1)so can i choose what phone number i want or just get random number from tm?
2)and any installtion charges for unifi?
3)when will my home line be terminated after or before unifi istallment?

1. Yes, last four digits can be chosen ：D however, it is subject to availability. So is better to have a few choices

2. No charges for installation.

3. Streamyx and homeline will be terminated only after unifi is installed.

Hope you can help me with my Streamyx upgrade.
It is so difficult to get my Streamyx upgrade through TM, everyone is giving the different answers.

I requested for an upgrade to 4MB in Jan. Eventually I got my 4MB within 2 days. Surfing happily.
But my bill statement is still on my old package so I thought it will be change later when they update the system.
After few months later, my streamyx package change to 512 instead, which my original package is 1MB which I think there is a mistake here.
Call TM and say my line not supported. But I've been surfing for months under 4MB and I pretty happy with the stability and no technician came to do site survey as well. Now they tell me my line on support 2MB.
I call again and request upgrade once again. Again, no technician came to do site survey and say line not supported. This time they tell me my line on support 1MB.

I was just curious how they say not supported when no one came to survey. And I really did surf on 4MB earlier without issue.

Hope you can get my line upgraded under you.

Please PM me your Streamyx Login ID to check in further.
I think they told you your area can only support 2Mb or 1Mb is because of no port available (no facility to upgrade).

Putting in my feedback.

With the help from Jovenne, I finally got it upgraded successfully. Even going through TM I can't get it upgraded. Jovenne respond to all my queries. I hope all our Malaysia companies can provide such high level satisfaction customer service.

Yes, it is compulsory to pay 1st month usage + 1 month in advance since free one month promo had ended since 31st of March.
No installation fee is needed
