Ahh, did you restart your modem?
If after restarting the modem and its still 4mbps, please call 100 to ask "why 8mbps has activated (shown in MYTM page) but the speed is remained at 4mbps", they will send technician over within 24 hours. (They will verify your information and ask you to do speedtest step by step)

Would like to know if you already have streamyx under your dad's name or you want to apply NEW gradpack under your name?
If you already have streamyx under your dad's name, then you cannot upgrade to student gradpack.
If you don't have yet, but you want to apply new Gradpack streamyx under your name (Homeline under your dad's name), then YES you can apply Gradpack.

b4 this last week, tat tm ppl told me 1m is rm68/month..
today they told me rm100.. feel like being fooled..

I think RM68 is unipack. This product had already discontinued unless you are subscribed to unipack 384kbps then you can upgrade to unipack 1m. However, if you want to upgrade to unipack 1mb, u might need to visit tm point. Reseller do not have unipack option for registration anymore. We can only apply student gradpack

Your package of 384kbps RM 50/month is not unipack, it's gradpack.
Unipack is RM38/month for 384kbps comes with free netbook and the contract is 2 years instead of 1 year.
