if my house is registered with phone line A and the owner is owner B,

can i upgrade from streamyx to unifi with:

condition 1: maintain phone line A and owner B

condition 2: maintain phone line A but with owner C

i und that unfi provide a new telephone line number. however, would prefer if can maintain existing number. I read above thread on paying extra money? and separate bills? how would it be?

kindly advise and extra/additional charges for each conditions above compared to standard unifi installation.

Yes, you can upgrade to UniFi but you can't maintain your existing number for free.
IF you want to maintain your existing number for free, you'll need to go to TM point to do transfer ownership of TM Telephone line (From Owner A to Owner B).

For condition 1:
You will need to pay RM 26/month for the telephone number.

For condition 2:
This will not be an upgrade case, will considered new as no transaction on owner B. System cannot trace your streamyx account without the involving of owner B.

You'll be getting separate bill for the Telephone bill but if it's free rental, the bill will charged RM1 only for itemised bill.

Relocation can only be made at TM point. I am not sure how long it takes but it costs RM 300. Upgrade do not need to pay anything. I will advise if the contract has ended, just proceed with new account instead. Its now zero entry and has free one month promo until 31/12.

Hi jovenne, just to ask your opinion as tm reseller. I called tm to upgrade my streamyx from 1 mbps to 4mbps. They asked me to wait for a week to change the speed. I keep waiting, after a week and 5 days the speed was still the same. I called the operator, and they said the technician didn't change the port. So, how long does it take to upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps? I live in Pj. and lastly I cancelled to upgrade. But I want 4mbps !!! Why it took so long

It normally takes 3-5 days to upgrade your speed

Is the 'FREE 1 month subscription fee promotion' valid only for new unifi customer or existing customer who wants to upgrade streamyx to unifi?

It is also valid for existing customer who migrate their streamyx to unifi

if my home want upgrade streamyx to 2mb or 4mb got what promotion?
my home seen like still using rm88 per month 1mb
