hehe yeah i know the 55k undertable, what i wah was undertable can reach 55k d =) ~! hehe, but wondering how do they transfer name as i remeber the dev strongly agaisnt changing name de wor last time

if can afford 655k and 85k downpayment, I will take Covillea 1300 sqft.. BJ, KL address, near LRT, good highway network, near amenities and great golf course view.. brows.gif

Implication for allowing change of name and top up payment: the extra payment of RM55k will have to be paid in cash since the selling price in S&P to be signed between the new owner and developer (if the developer allowing change of name before signing SnP) will not include this extra payment...

i dun think u are wrong, wht i meant was i thought that the dev only allow the snp name same with the booking name

I guess as long as got connection with developer, sure can change name. If not, pure buyer would not get approval for change name, where if he/she cancel the unit, the developer can take the unit for resale at RM 100k increased price.

Anyhow, depends on market demand after RM 100k price increase, that was a massive 15%-25% increment ....

With this mark up price, I better buy saville @ the park, bangsar....

Bangsar is going to be a superb prime location after UOA office and residence built.

Plus, IJM has JV with Amona to develop lands that inside bukit kerinchi pantai dalam...

Now is selling like hot cake seem....

How come this thread was so quiet here while other forums were so hot.

Hmm, I think the balloting units would be on hold till the dev settle the S&P signing for KR2. At least they need to know how many units are confirmed through instead of keep waiting.

Anyhow, I was heard that S&P for RR is signing soon after KR2.

Eagerly to see what is the ballot price. RM 100k increased! Do-able?

Wah! RM100k already? confirmed ah Chris kor....last time was told the balloting price is RM30k+ from the initial launched price...

Was told that the psf during soft preview launch is around RM420-430psf, if increase RM100k, may come close to RM500psf.
Base on recent market sentiment, this might be hard to absorb especially this part of the town is not so well known yet.

it seems balloting will be on 4th November a Sunday :-) prepare 20k cheque named under sng n co, I'm not too sure about the name
