Was there this morning and bought a unit after my no. Picked on the second round , price rm 789,100 after 100k discount. Price include 2 car parking bay. I believe still got units unsold as there is not there when I left @ 3pm.

With this price, still can get BK5 Hening landed freehold which is <5 yrs old, right?
I almost went for Hening last time when it's 700k but basic unit.

Today has 100K discount but found out they have increase 200K from the May launch. 6 months inscrease 200K then discount back 100K for you if you purchase by today..

Is it worth?

Today 13 unit Sold, balance 38 units don't developer really increase RM200k?

Last cal to buy cheaper, forest view to let go, to buy cheaper RM20k (negotiable) than developer. PM me in interested.

Increased RM 200k but discount RM 100k? Funny wei.

If get Type B ( 1321 sf ) at mid flr means RM 790k ( RM 600 psf ) bfore RM 100k discount

Or after dis, nett RM 690k or RM 522 psf

Which bank can give 90% loan ( RM 711k) based on RM 790k and if bank can give 90% loan, means dev rebate RM 21k without any downpayment?

I think he mean he let go with previous dev price stick as S&P price ( bfore RM 200k increased and discount RM 100k ) but need to pay upfront additional RM 20k premium and negotiable.

Interested. Is that any units still available? After discount is how many much per sq ft? Currently the most cheapest one in town was Hujauan Saujana, is around RM475 per sqft.

Dev still got some units left but big units and price increased RM 100k after discount.

If u really interested, u can PM some members here bcz quite some people letting go their units at RM 10-20k premium. Its still below RM 450 psf.

Btw, Hijauan Saujana is Saujana Subang, not Puchong. It maybe the cheapest in Subang Saujana/Glenmarie/Ara Dsara area but definitely not in town, lol.
