With this price, still can get BK5 Hening landed freehold which is <5 yrs old, right?
I almost went for Hening last time when it's 700k but basic unit. |

Today has 100K discount but found out they have increase 200K from the May launch. 6 months inscrease 200K then discount back 100K for you if you purchase by today..
Is it worth? |

Today 13 unit Sold, balance 38 units don't developer really increase RM200k?
Last cal to buy cheaper, forest view to let go, to buy cheaper RM20k (negotiable) than developer. PM me in interested. |

Interested. Is that any units still available? After discount is how many much per sq ft? Currently the most cheapest one in town was Hujauan Saujana, is around RM475 per sqft.
