This have same personality with Foresta which both located beside forest reserve... However, Foresta have more facilities for residents to enjoy more greens activities compared to Rimba...

However, quite interested to know this one as the location quite strategic as well...

I've went through the KNOX previous project seems like lot of negative comment... like Heron Residency.. And recently Zen Residence quite lot of complaints for the quality....

KR1 and KR 2 still under construction, but one thing Scott Garden quite success to boom the old klang road...

KNOX is just marketing team, developer or contractor? based on their website, seems like more to hired consultancy team...

but based on the TS posts..the Email is homeflairsdnbhd@yahoo.com - Home Flair Sdn Bhd.. i think is the developer of Sutera Maya also..

Then KNOX is nothing to do with the quality.. biggrin.gif

Yea..the quality really unknown...But most important is to complete on time and get the CF... But i think they are doing internal work.. Cos hardly see many workers outside the building...

By the way, how much is the release unit for sutera maya?

the access road will need to pass by residential housing area based on google map...

But BK5 quite a good location, easy to access sunway pj, and KL/serdang..
