I've went through the KNOX previous project seems like lot of negative comment... like Heron Residency.. And recently Zen Residence quite lot of complaints for the quality....
KR1 and KR 2 still under construction, but one thing Scott Garden quite success to boom the old klang road... KNOX is just marketing team, developer or contractor? based on their website, seems like more to hired consultancy team... but based on the TS posts..the Email is homeflairsdnbhd@yahoo.com - Home Flair Sdn Bhd.. i think is the developer of Sutera Maya also.. the access road will need to pass by residential housing area based on google map...
But BK5 quite a good location, easy to access sunway pj, and KL/serdang.. |
